Now we can offer you individual and group coaching sessions. Primarily we conduct trainings online, but we can also conduct offline training upon request.
An individual session includes work on one topic of your choice, lasting up to an hour.
A group coaching session usually includes the analysis of requests from several people from the group on one topic and lasts up to 2-3 hours.
In October we are planning to start a series of webinars on various topics: work-life balance, stress reduction, self-esteem and others.
